The NHS Long Term Plan has already initiated major changes in service organisation. The agenda of integration requires organisations to transform. As a Medical Director, I have clinically led a number of transformational programmes including streamlining clinical pathways, patient safety 

and quality improvement, and introduction of digital healthcare records. 

 

I am keen to work with healthcare organizations to support clinical leadership in service transformation proejcts.
